A Physiotherapy Assessment aims to identify the cause of your symptoms and provide you with a structured individual treatment plan to help you achieve your goals. We always begin treatment within the initial assessment.
FOLLOW UP TREATMENT

Following your Physiotherapy Assessment you may be advised that additional treatment will be beneficial to your recovery. Treatment offered may include: Individualised structured rehabilitation programme, mobilisations, manipulations, massage, myofacial release, acupuncture, taping.
SPORTS/DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE
30mins* - £35 60mins* - £50
*Please be aware there is a small amount of paperwork to be completed within the appointment time
Feeling tense, tight or stiff? Been sat at your desk too long? Been training hard lately? Sports Massage has been shown to aid recovery from intense exercise and beneficial to those feeling tense after hours at a desk or in a cramped space such as in car or on a flight.
