Emily Holden

Specialist Physiotherapist

Emily qualified as a physiotherapist from York St John University. After gaining experience in the NHS she has since specialised in musculoskeletal practice with interests in post operative care, sports rehabilitation and the management of acute injuries. To restore full function, she endeavours to promote exercise therapy as the key to recovery for individuals of all ages and activity levels, she is also a highly specialised massage therapist and has completed specialist courses in manual therapy.

Adam Fleck
BSC HONS, MCSP, HCPC REG

Clinical Specialist Physiotherapist

Adam qualified from Northumbria university in 2012. He gained his experience in the NHS and transitioned into private practice, since then he has specialised in musculoskeletal practice and has a special interest in joint and muscle/tendon pain. He enjoys working with people from all backgrounds and helping them return to their activities whether it be park runs or international sporting events. Adam also has a keen interest in strength and conditioning, as an amateur powerlifter and strongman he understands how important it is to get back to your sport as quickly as possible. He utilises his vast experience to listen to your story from the beginning and pick out the information needed to help you achieve your goals. Adam is very thorough and will leave no stone unturned until you have both agreed on the best way to help you move forward.

Jack Wilkie
BA HONS, MSCP, HCPC REG

Specialist Physiotherapist

Jack graduated from Durham University in 2019 before going on to gain his physiotherapy Masters qualification at Teesside University in 2022. Jack has gained his experience working within the NHS, and then specialising in musculoskeletal practice. Jack's interests lie within an exercise therapy approach to allow people to achieve their specific goals. Jack strives to tailor your treatment and rehabilitation to meet your desired outcome.

Elly Nevin
BSC HONS

Massage Therapist

Elly qualified from Sunderland University in 2007 with a first class honours degree in Complementary Therapy and Community Health. With 18 years of experience in a private practice and professional development in offering hands on therapy, she has a special interest in sports rehabilitation and injury prevention.
Elly is also a fully qualified trauma-informed Life Coach, with more than 2 years of experience supporting people to reach their goals through accountability and focused action.
With a passion for improving mental health and well-being as well as physical health, she will work in a holistic way to support you to be the best version of yourself.
